What is Nubuk Leather?
Nubuk leather is a full-grain leather whose natural characteristics are enhanced by buffing (abrading, polishing) the top layer to create a nap, and give it a supple feel and look. This creates the velvety finish unique to Nubuk leather (but similar to Suede). More durable than split grain leather, buy the nature of it's rough surface, it hides minor abrasions well.
